I scored the perfect spot right across from the 9/11 memorial! it was super convenient and away from the crazy times square crowds. the staff were totally friendly and helpful. the room? huge and clean! i literally melted into the comfy bed. I almost didn't want to leave!

The elevators were a total mess! they were all out of action. we ended up using the service elevator. only one elevator for everyone meant a lot of waiting to get to our room. It really sucked after a long, tiring day. i wish they fixed elevators before my arrival

The location is very convenient. The subway is nearby. I was charmed by the room, it was quite spacious. I especially liked the corner window. It really enhanced the vibe.

The bathroom lighting was quite dim. The toilet continuously ran. Only one of the three elevators worked. It felt a bit worn down.

the location was excellent for seeing lower manhattan. the hotel is right across from the freedom tower. i found good places to eat, and a subway was not far. the staff were polite.

the main elevators were out of service. this forced all guests to use a single service elevator which caused excessive wait times. an employee was rude when i needed to use the elevator to access my floor. He complained i was delaying his work

i had a room on the 6th floor, room 613, and it was clean. i also liked the little refrigerator in the room! the luggage storage, costing $2 per bag after checkout on the ground floor, was handy for my travel needs. i really appreciated that.

the breakfast option was limited, without even coffee or tea available.

The location proved great because of its proximity to the 9/11 memorial, separate from the hustle of Times Square. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfy. I really did not want to go home!!!
